Frequently asked questions
The things people ask us most. If yours isn’t here, our concierge is happy to help.
Is the packaging really discreet?
Yes. Plain, unbranded box. No product names on the label. Your bank statement reads “OCA GOODS”.
Are your products body-safe?
Every toy is made from body-safe, non-porous materials like platinum silicone, glass or medical-grade metal.
Which lube works with silicone toys?
Water-based. Velvet Hour is compatible with every toy and condom we sell.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can’t be resold — but defective items are always replaced.
